The brief.
Restaurants don't sell dishes, they sell anticipation. The commissions behind this collection asked for images that work as hard on a delivery app as they do on a wall.
The idea.
Light the food like a character: steam, texture, the kitchen's heat still on the plate. No tweezers-and-glue food styling that can't survive contact with a real menu.
The craft.
